Jason Brooks began his career with iMagicLab as a Customer Care Representative and after demonstrating exceptional knowledge of the software the unique ability to educate users over the phone; he was asked to become the Web Training Manager. Dubbed the "Customer Advocate" within the company, his compassionate outlook towards dealers fuels his desire to get "it" right and to attack issues at the core level - epitomized in his often quoted saying "You don't fix a bullet wound with a band-aid!"
He's successfully trained GM's, GSM, Managers and Sales Reps on how to create a more efficient workflow processes online and has recently been asked to take his web based training skills on the road as our newest National Training Consultant; where he can now share his extensive knowledge and expertise of the software with dealers live onsite.
A Die-Hard Ravens Fan, he currently holds a BA in Philosophy and a BS in Film from Towson University and currently lives with his fiance in Hunt Valley, MD.
