David Idell

David Idell has spent nearly his entire career with a tremendous family-run business: the White Family Companies of Ohio and Wyoming. For over 6 years he held positions in both sales and management.

Initially, David's responsibility was internet sales for two stand-alone Honda stores: White Allen Honda and Jim White Honda. Over the next 3 months, David implemented enhanced processes and new technologies that led to increased sales and excellent response times. Eventually, these enhanced processes led to the addition of Hugh White Honda, White Allen European Auto Group (Porsche-Audi-Volkswagen-Jaguar) and White Allen Chevy-Subaru to David's obligation.

With the Ohio stores' unprecedented success derived from David's internet processes, he was given responsibility to oversee all of the White Family's Wyoming e-operations. During David's tenure as Director of Internet Operations with the White Family Companies, he increased Internet Sales from 350 in 2006 to over 4500 between 2007 and 2010.

As Director of Internet Operations, David utilized many ILM and CRM applications; however, it wasn't until 2007 that David first sought out iMagicLab as an ILM option. Immediately, David realized the benefit of utilizing the iMagicLab technology, and in July of 2009 he ultimately transitioned five of the White Family's Ohio stores to iMagicLab full CRM package.

Within six months of implementing the iMagicLab CRM in Ohio, David added the CRM to White's Mountain Motors in Casper, Wyoming. Most of the process enhancements David built utilizing iMagicLab technologies continue to be used within the White Family organization.

Recently, David became the Used Car Manager for the White Allen European Auto Group where he increased pre-owned sales by 25 % from 2009 to 2010.

David is happily married to his adoring wife Amber. He enjoys taking long hikes with her and their dog, traveling, taking in a ballgame, playing guitar, and golf. He is also an avid disc-golf player and has competed in many recreational tournaments.

David has a degree in International Business from the University of Dayton and speaks fluent Spanish. Furthermore, David served on the Miami Valley Hunt and Polo Club board of directors where he was in charge of court operations. In addition, he was a member of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's “Team in Training” for whom he raised over $10,000. He is now an active member for Volunteer Marin.
