Bryan Hartka is the Tier II Customer Support Representative at iMagicLab. His background is in years of call center Technical Support/ Customer Service. He joined as a Tier I rep, honed his skills and knowledge of the system, and now focuses solely on making sense of the tough problems.
Bryan brings with him a huge level of technical enthusiasm, computer proficiency, and a swath of problem solving skills. He attended the magnet program for computer science and mathematics at Parkville High School.
